About 30 to 45 minutes. A guided setup wizard walks you through it — name your chief of staff, describe your business, and connect Telegram. There are no API keys to manage and nothing to configure by hand, and most customers have their team running the same day.

Where does my data go?

Your files, conversations, and agent memory stay on your computer. AI reasoning is included in your subscription and routed through Lanoko's model proxy under strict no-training terms. On our servers we store your account info, billing, agent health signals, and per-call AI usage metadata (model and token counts, buffered up to 7 days) — never the content of your conversations or files.

What happens if your servers go down?

Your team's runtime, files, and memory live on your computer, so nothing is lost. Because AI reasoning is routed through Lanoko's model gateway, tasks that need the AI pause during an outage and pick back up automatically once it's restored. Account management and updates run on our servers too — your data does not.

What happens if I cancel?

Your data stays on your computer. Conversations, memory, files, agent configuration — all yours. We delete your account from our systems. You can even export your config to run a DIY setup later — the underlying technology is open-source.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We use AI providers under no-training data terms: your prompts are processed for inference and not used to train models. We do not store their content — only usage metadata (model name and token counts). Your local data stays on your machine.

Every skill your agents use is adversarially tested through our forge pipeline — generated, attacked, rebuilt, and hardened, with an automated security reviewer and a large test suite run against the whole library. Your agents also run in a security sandbox, and high-impact actions require your explicit approval before they execute.

Where are your servers, how is my data secured, and do you have certifications like ISO 27001?

Our cloud runs on Cloudflare's global network, and we keep it small: your files, conversations, and agent memory live on your own computer, while our servers hold your account, billing, and usage metadata (model and token counts), never the content. That local-first design is the security story, a breach of our cloud has very little of your data to reach. Secrets on your machine use restricted file permissions and your system's secure credential store where available, and high-impact actions wait for your approval. Any personal data that crosses borders is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses; we operate as PolyTrader Ltd (England & Wales) under UK and EU GDPR, with a designated EU representative. We hold no formal certification such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or BSI, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.

Why is there no free tier?

A free AI team is a degraded team — strip persistent memory, background processing, and connected services, and you get a chatbot, not a team. We'd rather have 100 customers who use their team every day than 10,000 signups who forget.

What hardware do I need?

A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 13 (Ventura) or later, or a 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC. At least 8GB RAM and 10GB free disk space. Your computer needs to stay powered on for the team to keep running.

Your agents communicate in English, Swedish, and German out of the box. They can read and process documents in most languages. Additional language support is being expanded.
